Venezuelan opposition leaders Andrés Moreno, Marco Trejo, and Carlos Melo were freed late on Monday, posted on Twitter Carlos Ocariz, the mayor of Sucre municipality, north-central Miranda State.
Marco Trejo and Andrés Moreno were imprisoned after recording, along with other two persons, a video for anti-government “Primero Justicia” (Justice First) party calling on the Armed Forces not to break up demonstrations.
Carlos Melo, leader of “Avanzada Progresista” party was detained late in August east Caracas for being involved in alleged destabilizing plans.
