The Colombian House of Representatives passed on Wednesday a resolution that warns against breach of the constitutional order in Venezuela.
They also urged the Colombian Foreign Office to speak up and take international actions against human rights abuses and violation of democratic values by the Venezuelan government.
Luis Florido, the Chair of the Foreign Policy Committee of the Venezuelan National Assembly, took the floor during the session to elaborate on the repressive actions in Venezuela’s streets during anti-government demonstrations.
“Today, all international organizations acknowledge the constitutional irregularities in the country,” he said.
