A natural jewel turned into beach. Few people know this cove, a true spa to switch off in the Carabobo shore. Its still waters with green brilliant sparkles in a contrasting blueish safeguard sea species, including crustaceans and mollusks. A coral reef covers the whole entrance. Mangrove swamps frame the east and south hubs.
Meters above sea level is the elevation of this beach situated in Carabobo state (take the Valencia-Puerto Cabello freeway), between the cliffs of Patanemo and Turiamo. It belongs, along with Isla Larga, to San Esteban national park.
The quickest way to arrive there is by motorboat from two alternative places: Patanemo and Gañango. From there, boats set sail with tourists onboard. The most reckless can take a two-hour walk. You need to overcome several slopes, but you will rewarded with marvelous sights.
