"All of us are hurt, devastated," a Bolivian President Evo Morales close to tears with his voice broken in reference to the decease of "brother President Hugo Chávez," commented on Tuesday in La Paz.

Morales, a close political and ideological ally, thinks that "this process of liberation, not only of the Venezuelan people, but also of the Latin American people, should keep on going," AFP quoted.
