Enrique Perdomo, the attorney of the police commissioner convicted and imprisoned at the Venezuelan National Bolivarian Intelligence Service (Sebin), disclosed that the bailiff went out with the warrant of transfer

The First Trial Court in Aragua state has certainly denied an application for conditional release for humanitarian reasons on behalf of former police chief Iván Simonovis, his attorney Enrique Perdomo reported on Thursday. The lawyer promised to appeal to the ruling as soon as possible.

The judiciary ordered Simonovis' transfer to Ramo Verde jail, located in Los Teques, Miranda state. Likewise, it was disclosed that a physical therapist was allowed to get in the prison in order to take care of Simonovis given his poor health condition.

"A bailiff has been commissioned already with a warrant to take Simonovis to Ramo Verde," the lawyer told reporters outside the courthouse.
