A man accused of rape shoots teenager in Caracas
A man identified as Wilmer Joseph Maestre, 19, accused of having raped and murdered three women in Caracas, has stricken again. Maestre shot a boy in a low-income sector in Caracas late on Tuesday.
Police sources confirmed that Maestre is hiding in the area, although some people said they spotted the suspect in other sectors.
A picture of Maestre has been disseminated via social networks after he killed two women on January 25.
The man tried to rape a boy, 15, on February 5, but after failing to do so, he brutally battered the victim.
