Venezuelan Vice-President Nicolás Maduro ascertained on Monday that President Hugo Chávez has returned to Venezuela to fill the Venezuelan people with love.

"Here he is, on this February 18, the president in office, the commander in chief of the Armed Force and supreme chief of the Bolivarian revolution," stated Maduro during a meeting of the Council of Ministers. He added that "Commander Chávez came after midnight to fill the people with love."

He claimed that the head of state reckoned that it was "time to go back to the Venezuelan homeland from the dignified and independent Cuban homeland to the dignified, independent, and socialist Venezuelan homeland."

Maduro seized the opportunity to express his gratitude to the Cuban people, physicians, and both Raúl and Fidel Castro for taking care of President Chávez.

Chapo's drug traffic network

Luis Jiménez Alfaro seems to have hidden under the rocks. The last time he was seen was on April 2006 walking calmly around Simón Bolívar International Airport of Maiquetía, located nearby Caracas. At that time, more than five tons of cocaine arrived in Mexico in an airplane which took off from Venezuela, and his name featured as a missing piece of the puzzle of one of the most massive drug shipments that has been witnessed in the Western Hemisphere.
