Venezuelan FM rules out problems with the US to reappoint ambassadors

Venezuela-US diplomatic relation is at a standstill despite the fact that Caracas sells nearly one million oil barrels per day to Washington. Both countries recalled their ambassadors in 2010.
US President Barack Obama has said that Venezuela is not a threat despite its ties with Iran.
