Capriles: "You judge who offer solutions and who just talks"
"We offer solutions, we do not go around communities talking nonsense and listing excuses," Miranda state Governor Henrique Capriles as he delivered a prompt relief assistance mobile unit
Miranda state Governor Henrique Capriles made an appeal to government supporters on Thursday, when he delivered a prompt relief assistance mobile unit in the Acevedo municipality, northern Miranda state. He remarked that it was not the time to choose a governor based only on the political party, on the contrary, he urged the people to choose someone able to offer solutions to their problems on an equal basis.
"They are not interested in solving the problems, they only care about controlling the governor's office," Capriles asserted against the backdrop of the upcoming gubernatorial election to be held in December and referring to his pro-government contender for the Miranda state governor's office, Elías Jaua. "I said to our Miranda people: you judge who offer solutions and who just talk. We offer solutions, we do not go around communities talking nonsense and listing excuses," he remarked.
José Vicente Rangel clearly said: "We are not conducting negotiations threatened with a gun in the head." He warned behind closed doors in the midst of the social upheaval occurred during the oil strike in 2002 and 2003. Dissenting Timoteo Zambrano answered back that no other option was available: "The thing is that otherwise, you do not negotiate."
