Heavy rains with thunderstorms fell Friday on Caracas and the north area of northern Miranda state due to a tropical wave moving across the Caribbean Sea, the National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology (Inameh) reported.

Moreover, the Inameh forecast isolated rains in the states of Táchira, Mérida, Trujillo, Lara, Portuguesa, Falcón, Zulia, Amazonas, Bolívar, Carabobo, Falcón, and Lara in the next hours.
