Two Spanish senior citizens kidnapped in Venezuela
Two businessmen were kidnapped in Higuerote and Guatire, two areas of Miranda state, north Venezuela
Galician Lino Núñez Álvarez, 73, was kidnapped on Friday (September 21) in his apartment, located in Higuerote.
Gregorio Olivero García, 71, from the Canary Islands, was kidnapped in Guatire on September 10, EFE news agency reported.
Officers from the Scientific, Penal, and Criminology Investigation Police Agency (Cicpc) are carrying out the inquiry into the case in order to find the kidnappers, who allegedly belong to the same gang that has been involved in similar offenses in the past few weeks.
