Simón Bolívar's Mausoleum will be surrounded by concrete

Minister for the Transformation of Greater Caracas Francisco Sesto promised that the work would be completed on December 17, 2011, but it was not. Then, Sesto vowed to deliver Simón Bolívar's mausoleum in April 2012, but it was not completed. Now, the sarcophagus is expected to be inaugurated on July 24, but a related building and a parking lot that was seized from the National Library will not be finished by then
