Foreign Ministers of EU, Celac finalize the summit declaration

The ministers of Foreign Affairs of the European Union (EU) and the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (Celac) were preparing on Friday the conclusions and the action plan to be endorsed by the leaders of both regions during the weekend in a summit focused on investments.

The meeting of foreign ministers from the 27 EU Member States and the 33 Celac Member States, except for Paraguay, would be used to put the final touches to the declaration of the Seventh Summit held by Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean from the beginning of their strategic relationship in 1999, Efe reported.

The key topic in the summit would be addressed in depth both in the declaration and the action plan, which is striving to get high-quality, environmentally friendly investments with direct benefits to citizens, would be addressed in depth both in the declaration and the action plan intended to implement specific strategies in 2013-2015.
