El Universal reaches new audiences
In addition to offering advertising slots on multiple platforms, daily newspaper El Universal goes further. In its 2013 pre-sale, the organization offers advertisers the opportunity to post ads on several web sites across Latin America, thanks to alliances with other publishing groups

These partnerships open up the horizon of audiences advertisers can reach through El Universal's advertising network, which includes 36 websites of its own where ads can be posted, explained Rafael Bocaranda, the Marketing Manager, Advertisers Division, El Universal. The official launching of the new alliances is scheduled for November 6 in New York.
Domestically, El Universal is to launch in 2013 the publikanetwork.com advertising platform, which will cover a number of Venezuelan local media.
Another innovation El Universal is introducing in 2013 is the digital monitoring tool comScore, which allows assessment and profiling of users' consumption habits. Based on that information, sales executives would be able to advise advertisers on the most suitable advertising spots.
