Venezuela's Executive Office submitted on Monday the draft budget law for 2013, as well as the draft special law on indebtedness for 2013 to the Secretariat of the National Assembly for discussion and approval.

Jorge Giordani, the Minister of Planning and Finances, will offer a presentation to explain the content of the draft laws before the Parliament on October 23.

Deputy Ricardo Sanguino informed that Minister of Petroleum and Mining and President of state-run oil company Petróleos de Venezuela (Pdvsa) Rafael Ramírez, President of the Central Bank of Venezuela (BCV), Nelson Merentes, would take part in the debate to he held in the Parliament's Finance Committee, as well as the Director of the National Customs and Tax Administration Service (Seniat), and the head of the Public Credit National Office.
