Western Hemisphere The Venezuelan government considers that the normalization of relations with Colombia could be reached with the election of a new President in the neighboring country, said on Sunday Venezuela's Foreign Minister Nicolás Maduro.
Maduro's statements were made during the TV show José Vicente Hoy, directed by former Vice President and former Foreign Minister José Vicente Rangel.
"We must await the outcome of Colombian presidential elections and the election of a new president to go forward. Today we must focus on creating conditions for the future," the Venezuelan Foreign Minister said.
