Two presumed drug traffickers died in Nicaragua when the airplane that carried them crashed in the Nicaraguan north-Caribbean region, DPA reported.
According to state-run radio station La Primerísima, the fatality occurred early morning on Thursday, 390 kilometers north-west of Managua.
Police spokeswoman, Commissioner Vilma Reyes, said that a Colombian and a Venezuela were travelling onboard the Cessna airplane. They identity was not released.
Police agents went to the area to investigate the cause and get further details of the case.
