Mayors of Caracas and Madrid sign cooperation agreements

Antonio Ledezma, the Metropolitan Mayor of Caracas, attended a two-hour working meeting with the Mayor of the Spanish capital city of Madrid, Alberto Ruíz-Gallardón. The meeting was held in the newly opened Palace where the Madrid mayor works.

Alberto Ruiz-Gallardón, Madrid's mayor, received Ledezma, with whom he discussed the situation of the Caracas Metropolitan Mayoralty. The two leaders established the guidelines for successful management to favor the inhabitants of Caracas, said the press release.

During the meeting, the two officials talked about a cooperation agreement between both mayoralties. At the request of Mayor Ruíz-Gallardón the signing of this agreement will take place in Caracas
