President Chávez has free visitation rights, says ex wife
Marisabel Rodríguez, the second ex wife of Venezuelan
President Hugo Chávez, claimed on Monday that Chávez
has the most liberal and advantageous conditions to visit
their daughter. However, he does not want to do it anymore,
but to pick up their daughter with "anybody," so the girl
can visit him.
The Venezuela's former first lady said in an interview from
Venezuela on Colombia radio station Caracol that she does
not want the Venezuelan ruler to be close to her ten-year-old
daughter Rosinés. She did not give any details on this
matter.
Last week, Rodríguez lamented to be subject by Chávez
to "violence, persecution and harassment."
"I could be assailed at any time by any of these hordes he
has in the streets. I declare myself a victim of violence,
harassment and chasing by the president," Rodríguez,
41, told private TV network Radio Caracas Televisión
(RCTV).
She added that Chávez "intimidated" her when saying
publicly that she does not let him see their daughter, EFE
quoted.
"Whom do you think that message is addressed to? To his followers,
for them to take improper action against myself!" she added
and claimed that Chávez purported also to bar her politically.
