Minister Navarro: "We are open to ideas on the draft syllabus, not opinions"

People's Minister of Education Héctor Navarro advised representatives of the Venezuelan civil society on Monday that the Venezuelan government would rather hear ideas on the Bolivarian educational system, instead of opinions.

"We do not want to hear opinions on the draft syllabus, but ideas for citizen's education in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela," the minister said.

Minister Navarro gave his remarks on leaving a meeting held with some members of the Venezuelan Association of Catholic Schools (AVEC). The meeting lasted more than one hour.
