A group of students who marched from Chacaíto to protest non-renewal of a broadcast license for private TV channel Radio Caracas Televisión (RCTV), arrived in the head offices of the Organization of American States (OAS).

There, they asked for students' protection and submitted a related document for the consideration of the OAS officials.

At the end of a peaceful demonstration, a delegation was entrusted with delivering the paper.

While Metropolitan Police officers deployed over Tolón mall and near the foreign organization to safeguard the surroundings, no violent events had been reported.
