Students' demonstrations are not related to political interests,
said Central University of Venezuela (UCV) Antonio París.
The students staged the protest "because they think that
something was damaged," París noted and asked for respect
of their right to protest.
The scholar conceded that some people had "infiltrated" demonstrations
for different, unknown reasons.
Further, the UCV President noted that neither classes nor
administrative activities had been adjourned.
