In order to voice support to the government decision not to renew a broadcast license for private TV channel Radio Caracas Televisión (RCTV), the Professionals and Technicians' United Socialist Front (FSUPT) submitted Thursday a paper to the Attorney General Office, reported official news agency ABN.

"We came to ask the Moral Power to assure the Venezuelan people our constitutional rights and, primarily, the right to true and timely information in order to foster training and education of children and adolescents," said FSUPT national coordinator Jacqueline Sosa.

The leader asked the Moral Power to take the action needed with regard to the remarks made by the dissent and RCTV representatives.

Sosa informed that the instrument was served by Ombudsman Germán Mundaraín and Comptroller General Clodosbaldo Russián.
