Tinedo Guía, a reporter and newscast anchor with private television station RCTV, Wednesday said a ruling issued by the Political-Administrative Court, Supreme Tribunal of Justice (TSJ), to dismiss RCTV petition for protection of constitutional rights is a signal that this channel will cease operations next Sunday 27.
 
While refusing to speak ahead of RCTV's legal counsels, Guía did state: "The fact that the precautionary measures were not awarded virtually amounts to say that actually RCTV will go off the air next May 27 at 11:59 p.m.
