Parliamentarian Luis Camargo, a member of the delegation of Venezuelan lawmakers that observed recent presidential elections in Mexico, ensured that leftwing candidate Andrés Manuel López Obrador is to prove that there were failings in last Sunday polls.

Camargo added the Mexican Federal Electoral Institute (IFE) invited a group of Venezuelan deputies to act as international electoral observers. They arrived in Mexico last June 28th.

"We observed that Mexican elections are manual, and this kind of elections has proven to involve many abnormalities."
