Attorney General Isaías Rodríguez Thursday ensured
that his office continues to investigate an alleged extortion
ring connected to late public prosecutor Danilo Anderson. "We
have never ceased investigation on this case."
He added that the Attorney General Office is really interested in knowing whether there was an extortion ring (operating around late Anderson) or whether he was subject to extortion or bribery. "It may be both, and we have never stopped our investigation into it."
"No doubt when we find the culprits the Attorney General Office will disclose it officially."
