Opposition leader taken to secret police headquarters
Enrique Naime, a member of opposition umbrella group Democratic Coordinator, Monday at 5:00 a.m. was taken from his residence to the headquarters of secret police Disip.
Sources said this action might be the result of a claim Naime filed in 2000 in connection with the abusive use of billboards.
At the headquarters of the Disip, Naime -accompanied by his lawyers and wife- verified that no arrest warrant had been issued for him, and he went to court to find out the cause of this move.
Naime has been prohibited to talk to reporters.
Investigation into Silvino Bustillo's disappearance is launched
